Internship Opportunities

The Washington Center offers internships and academic seminars for all majors in Washington, DC.

Sierra Club internships provide hands-on opportunities to gain an in-depth understanding of the Environmental Protection field and the role that the Sierra Club plays in this field.  DC Office interns also learn first-hand how Congress works, and the roles of other non-governmental organizations in Washington.

The USDA Summer Intern Program (SIP) offers college students an opportunity to work as assistants to scientific, professional, and technical USDA employees.  These paid summer positions offer students intern experience as well as insights into career opportunities and future employment prospects at USDA.

This webpage lists internships that are sponsored by American political parties, the White House, the Congress, and related organizations.
